We looked at the reverse mortgage as a way to help increase our monthly income. We initially looked at selling our home but decided we really wanted to stay in our home. We were given Larry’s name by a Realtor and the rest is history. There were challenges that needed to be overcome, but Larry helped us through everything. I would recommend him to anyone. Couldn't be Happier We recently closed our reverse mortgage with Larry McAnarney and couldn’t be happier. We don’t need the money, but Larry explained how we could set up a growing line of credit which could be used as possible future income, immediate liquidity, a long term care insurance hedge, and much more. We used this product as part of our retirement income planning strategy. Larry was very knowledgeable on all aspects of what we were trying to accomplish and very responsive to our needs and questions. He is highly recommended by us.

Most Helpful-Right Decision I know that I made the right decision using Larry McAnarney. He was most helpful in going through the process of securing a reverse mortgage for me. I had spoken to at least three competitors of Larry, but none were as friendly and to the point as Larry was. Larry made the whole experience of a reverse mortgage pleasant. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone considering a reverse mortgage.
