We had talked to other reverse mortgage companies, but it was always over the phone. We liked the fact that Reverse Mortgage Funding had someone come to our house. We loved the personal touch. Our loan specialist Larry McAnarney did an outstanding job explaining the reverse mortgage process. He was just wonderful to work with. He kept us up to date with how the process was going with email and phone calls. We highly recommend him and RMF to anyone thinking about a reverse mortgage.

Job Well Done I would like to thank Larry McAnarney for a job well done in handling my grandmother’s reverse mortgage. Larry is very professional and knowledgeable of the entire process. If there was information that needed to be explained, confirmed or followed up on, Larry followed up with me in a timely manner. Recognizing that I am my grandmother’s POA, Larry was very patient as he walked me through the process on her behalf. I am at ease in knowing that as my grandmother continues to get older and deal with her various medical conditions, she will not have to worry about the finances. Very Professional from Start to Finish!! With little or no knowledge about the details involved in a reverse mortgage, I set out to find a company I could TRUST to help me make the best decisions on my Moms behalf of receiving a source of a supplemental income. I was referred to Larry McAnarney by a friend. I contacted Larry and he replied to my email in a timely and VERY professional manner. After speaking with him on the phone with my list of questions I felt very confident that this was the person I would be dealing with from here on out. His response time to my calls and emails was beyond excellent when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone who is looking into the possibilities of a Reverse Mortgage. I would have given Larry a SIX star rating if I could.... but, a five star will have to do for now.
